5. Payment and Billing

- HAZERCLOUD aims to provide 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- HAZERCLOUD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in case of breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- HAZERCLOUD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last billing cycle.
9. Changes to Terms
- HAZERCLOUD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of India / Kerala.
