Is this really free? What's the catch?+
It's genuinely free, with no obligation. We do this because (1) it's the most efficient way for us to qualify good engagements, (2) we typically deliver enough value in 30 minutes that engaging us afterward feels obvious. About 35% of these calls turn into engagements; the other 65% leave with a useful recommendation and we're glad we helped.
How prepared do I need to be? What should I bring?+
Minimum: be able to describe your AWS setup at a high level (services used, monthly spend ballpark, EU vs US regions). Nice to have: read-only access to your AWS Cost Explorer or a recent AWS bill, this lets us identify specific savings during the call. We'll send a 5-question prep form when you book.
Can I bring my engineering team to the call?+
Yes, up to 3 people total works well. More than that and the conversation gets unfocused. If you have specific roles needed (CTO + DevOps lead is a common combo), bring them. If you have technical questions one person can't answer, definitely bring the person who can.
What if my company is just considering AWS?+
Perfect fit. Pre-migration calls are some of our most valuable, we can save you from architecture decisions that are expensive to undo. We'll cover region selection, service trade-offs (ECS vs EKS, Aurora vs RDS), and realistic cost projections.
What happens if we want to engage you afterward?+
