Varughese is the Chief Business Officer of HAZERCLOUD. He leads the company's commercial strategy, sales, partnerships, and market expansion across the GCC, UK, EU, and Australia.
He brings 16 years of commercial leadership in IT and cloud services, progressing from Sales Manager to Director of Sales and ultimately Business Director. His experience covers Google Workspace sales, web and email security consulting, domain services, and enterprise cloud advisory across the GCC.
At HAZERCLOUD, Varughese owns the commercial side of the business: client acquisition, AWS Partner Network co-sell motions, channel relationships, and the GCC presence that anchors HAZERCLOUD's ability to serve regulated mid-market enterprises across the region.
Anjala is the Chief Operating Officer of HAZERCLOUD, owning the operational backbone of the firm: operations, finance, legal, compliance, people, and brand. Under her leadership, HAZERCLOUD has earned and maintains ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications — the foundation of the company's compliance-first positioning.
As a co-architect of the company's strategic direction, she works closely with Jobin (CTO) and Varughese (CBO) to scale HAZERCLOUD as a compliance-first AWS DevOps and Managed Services partner for regulated mid-market clients across the UK, EU, and GCC.
